Their website is not working and I cannot access the list of plugins from within the program.
 
I was thinking the same thing...

... and asked the developer on the Quicksilver forums:

Site is down due to a plugin downloading bug (and a subsequent server overuse)

Latest version is available at
http://blacktree.meadgroup.com/quicksilver/application/QS.3814.dmg

But plugins won't be online for another day or so

The newest version of Quicksilver runs great in Leopard, and seems noticeably faster. I would suggest checking it out if you haven't already.

x2...It is blazing fast on my MBP! Much faster than on my previous Tiger install.
