What happened to Search in TV App on iOS 14.4?

I used to use Search in the TV App to see what streaming service I can use to watch a movie on.

Now I can’t even find Search in the app. It just gives me the option to browse my library, not even search it.

Am I missing something? Should I report this or has it been like this for a while?

Search is available in the Apple TV app in 14.3, so not sure what you mean by "like this for a while." You're referencing 14.4 beta version, so maybe posting this question in the 14.4 beta thread would be helpful:
