what happened to spore?

Because it was already done in March. Super Monkey Ball wasn't.

The Creature Creator is a standalone utility that is pulled directly from the game. It allows you to have a kick-awesome time building creatures before the game comes out, and then you can import them to the game itself.
It comes out in six days. I can't wait.
There's a free demo with 25% of the parts and a $9.99 full version with every part that's in the final game. I'm probably just going to get the demo, as I don't like paying for things twice.
He means the one for the iPhone that they demoed at the March conference.
1) so is it available on the mac
2) if i make one on my mac will i be able to import it to my iphone if i buy spore
3) and the spore site says that spore is coming out september 7th, does this apply for the iphone version too?
Yes! The Creature Creator is PC and Mac, just like the full game. No, you cannot put your creatures on the iPhone version, because that's only a Tide Pool variant. The iPhone version might come out earlier. It all depends on when they get it out on the App Store.
