What happened to the overscan button in Snow Leopard?

I just upgraded to Snow Leopard from Tiger. I have the iMac connected to my Toshiba 50HMX96 DLP. I don't have an overscan option on the TV. The old OS had an option to turn off overscan, and now it seems to be gone. I can't seem to get the display right for the TV now. The menu bar is off the screen. I downloaded SwitchResX, but I just don't know what to do with it.

Update: I rebooted with the TV on and now the display is proper.
