You could select some text in any native OS X application and selected Summarize under the services menu, and would provide you with a summary of the article, or whatever you were reading. Anybody know what happened to it?

Go to System Preferences
Select Keyboard
Select tab Keyboard Shortcuts
Select item Services
Scroll down till you see "Summarize"

It's there, it just isn't automatically loaded. Select the checkbox and it should appear in your Services menu.
