What happened to the tap and move/select gesture?

In SL I can tap twice slowly with my index finger on the trackpad to either select text and or move a window. the first tap selects it and the second tap moves the object. This doesn't work in Lion. The only thing I could find is in system prefs where you enable the three finger swipe, which is nice, but not as easy imo.

What happened to the other way of doing it? The old way?
