I am currently running my computer on 10.6.8.
I have MobileMe services.
I had no plans on upgrading to Lion, but know I must do so in order to get ICloud.
What exactly would I lose out on if I do not get ICloud? I currently do not use a smart phone and have a first generation IPod Touch, so no auto-syncing features are important to me at this point.

Thanks

I'm on SL 10.6.8.
I moved to iCloud a couple of weeks ago.
I continue to have my @mac.com email as well as my .me aliases.
I have iCal syncing to Calendar on iCloud.
I have Contacts updated to include all my Address Book entries.
There are several threads you should read in this forum.
What it boils down to is, you can use iCloud with Snow Leopard, at least if you had a MM account.
