Im exchanging my white iPhone 4s for a black iPhone 4s tomorrow morning. I erased all my apps one by one. I still have all my paid cydia apps installed. Now Im trading my 32gb for a 64gb and the only reason they're making an even exchange is because Im still on 5.0 and they're on 5.0.1 and hope to unlock if it ever comes out. I don't mind him having my paid apps being that I'm getting a 64gb for my 32gb. I don't want any of my personal information on there but I know restoring is out of the question and then will kill the deal. What happens if I erase all content and settings? Do I have to?

Your phone will hang at the Apple logo and you have to restore. So, don't do it.
