What happens if you get a phone call or a text while doing something on the iphone?

Like what if your using an application, and you recieve a call or text message. will the application close, and nothing saved?For example. Im playing cro-mag rally, and im doing so good!!! when i get a call. what will happen next? will i be able to start up the app from where i left off? This bugs me

Your app will pause where it was and will resume where you left off when the phone call ends.

remember...it is an iPHONE

if you get a text message, it will pop up with the blue window and the reply/close option. if it is a phone call the window will come up and give you the option to answer or deny. Different games/apps react differently, but remember it is a phone first.
