What happens to Installous apps after upgrade?

Hi everybody,

I've got an iPhone 4 with iOS version 4.1 (quite old version, i know).
My iPhone is jailbroken and I have lots of apps downloaded from Installous.
Thing is, I seriously thinking about upgrading to iOS 5 so as to enjoy all the updates and new features.
I'm afraid to lose all the Installous apps after the upgrade so the question is: If a upgrade to iOS 5 and then rejailbreak will I keep my Installous apps working or they'll be gone for good?
Please tell me the correct procedure to follow for upgrading!

The procedure is to go to app store and pay for the app.
