What happens to my iPhone if I clean install my Mac?

Doing a Clean Install for the first time, and was just wondering what is going to happen with my iPhone 4 and all it's back-ups via iTunes once I clean install?

I will do a last-minute Time-Machine back-up before I wipe my HDD, and I have also simply copied my entire Music folder with iTunes onto another partition of my External HDD .. so am I good?

When I have my fresh Mac I can simply move iTunes back onto my computer from Time-Machine and my iPhone 4 back-ups will still be there so it'll still sync?

Or will I run into problems .. Thanks!

You might want to try exporting your library - I think that's what you're supposed to do (so then you can import it and have it be the same).

I will admit, haven't done such since I got my iPhone.
