What happens to Os X Lion when I sell on my Mac

Does anyone know what happens to Os X Lion and any apps that I have installed if I sell on my Mac. I will obviously sign out of my Mac App store account and could delete the applications but Os X Lion may be more of a problem

If you have it on just one machine, then you sell it with the machine, no big deal. If you have it on multiple machines you keep it, and reinstall SL on the machine you're selling.

It is not tied to your iTunes account, you just need the account to download it.
