What happens to the app when you get a refund from the Mac App store?

I went to buy PDFpenPRO from the mac app store but I accidentally PDFpen standard.

There didn't seem to be any "upgrade" process so I contacted apple within mins and a day later they sent me an e-mail saying I would get a refund

The only problem is, I still have the app and it still works? I feel like I have "stolen" an app

When will it stop working? Or will it be auto-deleted from my mac?

No wonder Adobe hasn't put Photoshop in the Appstore!
