A mistake by a Genius Bar Guy makes me believe they get resold.
There was a mix up with my returned iPad2 (light leakage) and current iPad2.
My current iPad came up registered under someone elses Name.
I figured out today that the one is actually my first returned ipad.
In 1 week they resold my first returned iPad2.
And I returned it in KY the new owner is in CA.
Question is did they repack it and ship it as a new iPad to fill orders or do they have an outlet?
I really wish I had looked closer to the Info of Alex Pang/new owner (it had a phone#)
I would have called and found out if he paid full price and was aware that this was a prior returned item !

I would have thought that any returned ipads with issues would be sent to apple HQ so they can see if the problems are wide spread and how to fix them. When I returned all of mine the guy had to fill out a green slip not to sure what it was about but though I would mention it.

I would think that the returned iPads would eventually end up being sold as refurbs in the online Apple store....
