What has a better quality 60fps 4K or 30fps? On the 8+ and X

Which in reality is the better one ?

I prefer 4k 30fps. The 4k 60 fps looks too fast for my liking and isn't as softer in motion compared to 30 fps.

Also 60 fps takes up a load of storage.

Personal preference I suppose.

Lower frame rate = more light let into the sensor due to lower shutter speed = better quality.

24fps is best.
