What have you ordered MBP17" Glossy ang MBP17" Antiglare?

I have ordered Glossy.

I have also ordered Apple Cinema Display 24" LED and Elgato EyeTV Hybrid.

Glossy but i've got a matte calibrated 30" screen already in my office.

I would choose a matte one but it looks disgusting, like something Dell rejected. Apple are clearly ashamed of it or it would be all over their site, but infact, theres nothing of it, anywhere.

Im partial to the matte option at the moment, seems hard to get hold of though .

They are NOT clearly ashamed of it. What they are trying to do, in my opinion, is push everyone to glossy. It streamlines their manufacturing and makes the MBP cheaper to produce, which increases their profit margin. It's about money. The same reason all of their notebooks use the same 9400M graphics card, all of the pros have always had the same dedicated graphics (now the 9600M), and only one resolution screen is offered on each size product. Follow the money. And if all Apple advertises and shows off is glossy, that's how they're trying to push consumers. I don't like being pushed.
