Inside A Mac Box
Is it the CPU? RAM? I am not sure.

Right now when I click on a program like it iTunes is opens up in 16 Seconds.

Do you guys know what helps opening up programs like itunes faster?

Like maybe the CPU

Using Windows right now.

1.86 AMD Mobile Sempron
1.5GB

I know very low specs but its running pretty fast. Though it does take long for itunes to open up. About 16 Seconds

iTunes is slow on Windows ... so that sounds about right for the specs.

The answer also depends partly on the operating system and how it manages memory and programs (e.g., starting iTunes a minute or two after closing it will be faster on OS X). From that perspective, this "Mac Basics and Help" is not the right place for the question -you may have better luck in one of the mswin forums where you may get an OS specific answer.
