What icons are on your menu bar?

Hi All,

I've become increasingly a fan of using the menu bar, but as a consequence it's also become increasingly jammed (when using my 13" MBP)

So, I've stripped mine back to my essentials, (see screenshot [from external 20" display at wk]); what are your must haves?

I am super OCD about everything on my computer and hate clutter, so I have as little as possible.

I keep my desktop completely devoid of icons as well. My folders, organized.

Sheesh my menu bar is getting longer than the dock. I can disable some of them from showing, but I'd really like a utility that made a second tier or had customizable menu bar items depending on a set of criteria (like you'd have certain sets for certain applications). This exist?

I'm the same, mine is as empty as yours!
Desktop is also completely clear

From left to right: Dropbox, Google Drive, Fantastical, CrashPlan, Plex Media Server, Keychain Access, iStat Menus (disk usage and then battery over to the right), Apple stuff, and Fuzzy Clock.
