what if I charge my MacBook Pro 16 with 30 watt anker charger?

MacBook Pro 16 has a 96 watt charger. but a big charger.

i also have an anker atom 30 watt usb c charger . when I travel I want to bring this compact charger with me for charging MacBook Pro 16?
is it ok ?

Might work, but it is going to take a long time. I use a 60W travel charger and it works fine with both my 13" and 16" MBPs.

All USB C chargers are working and don’t harm. Its just the lower the wattage the slower it charges.

u can even use an iphone charger. Or charge the iphone with the 96W MB charger. And all other brands with USB C work fine as well.
thats why its called “UniversalSB”

of course if u r firing up the CPU and dGPU and it goes above the wattage u can provide with the attached charger it doesn’t help...
