What incase backpack is this?

In looking to buy this backpack but idk the specific model name. I want to know the name so I can see pics of what the backpack loppks like inside and to make sure if there is a slot to place my mbp which has that soft fur like lining to protect the computer. It's not an incase compact or incase nylon because the back (as seen in the pictures) are different. If someone knows the model name please help :(. Thanks

thats the older incase style backpacks which aren't sold anymore. i beleive they discontinued them in 2008. then the 2009/2010 models came out, and now there discotinued. they have the new 2011 ones out now but there not as great as the 2009/2010 ones IMO. lesser pockets and no front straps.

u can see if u can find em on ebay or amazon.

i ahve the 2010 incase CANVAS backpack. samething as nylon but made of canvas.

Would you happen to know if the 2008 model has the fur like soft texture in the laptop slot that protects from scratches???
 
Yep that would be the incase canvas backpack. I havo one and really love it. The insede isn't fur but is just normal cloth with some cushion and I haven't had a single scratch on my 15" MPB. There is a large second pocket with a bunch of pockets that I keep all my ancillary stuff in (cables, docks, ipods, adapters). It's very comfy to wear around and looks nice also. I would definitely recommend. But good luck finding it. I bought mine at a local Mac reseller and I wanna say this was last June??

it does have the faux fur but it was discontinued in 2008 lol good luck finding one. i would look for the 09/10 models as i think they look nicer, and more sleeker. the 2008 just looked ugly IMO

you have the same one too? i love the canvas one, it looks nice and the entire interior is all coton, over nylon which i like alot!

i was debating whether to get the white or blakc, so i chose classic black.

its to bad incase slaged that design. the neew canvas bags are even more sleeker but they lost quite a few pockets as well as the chest and waist straps, surprising selling for the same price.
 
There is one on Green on ebay, the pics make it look really light green but for some reason I remember it being darker. Check and see if you like it.
 
I have a new one with the fur for the laptop and a area for my iphones. The iPad area doesn't have the fur. I traveled with a ton of crap in my bag, time capsule, mouse, macbook pro, iphone 4, iphone 3gs, external hard drive, chargers and misc crap.

Good back, although the style is a bit flat.
