what info Do I need to purchase from radioshack?

I'm on a line under my mothers family plan.

I'm an authorized user and my name is attached to my number on att's site.

its also a premier account(she works for USPS).

I have a upgrade available...will radio shack just ask for the last 4 of her social and the zip?

Im in a similar situation and I was told that if Im an authorized account user that all I need is my id and the last four of the primary account holders ssn.

What you will need is for Radio Shack to actually have a phone to sell you.

True. My RS has not "heard anything" yet re: whether they will have phones tomorrow or not. I am guessing no

If the store is following the rules, the account holder has to be in the store and sign.

My Radio Shack called me today to basically let me know I wasted my time going there and putting in a reservation, even though I was the first and only one to do so.

So all the Macrumors folks here were correct when they said the iPhone Radio Shack launch would be a bundle of fail.

As to the original question, I'm assuming you'd need at Radio Shack whatever you would need at an AT&T store. Good luck.

OP: If the "family plan" is on business style discount plan, then you'll need to go thru At&t corp. store not radio shack to complete the purchase....
