What iOS features only work on wifi?

As i travel with my cellular iPad a lot I'm just curious exactly what features on iOS require wifi to work at all and do not work on cellular data even if connected to a power source?

I can think of a few :
App updates and installs above 100M - any work around ?
iOS software updates (above a certain amount?)
iCloud photo stream and iCloud Photo Library (uploads only - any workaround ?)
iCloud device backups
Any more ?

Do apple have a list somewhere ?
