iPhone X What iOS version is on iPhone X out of the box?

Hello If i buy an iphone x what ios version will i see on my phone? Is that changeable ? or it is like all iphone x ios version is xxx out of the box. I wanna buy 11.3.1 or lower version for u know what i want. That is why i am asking.

Probably 12 unless you find someone with old stock.

12.x is better in every way than 11.x. anyway.

You could get lucky and find a X with iOS 11 but I don’t think you know for sure until you opened it. You might have better used buying used.

Likely you will have iOS 11 on them depending on where you buy them. Apple has discontinued the X so likely won’t have iOS 12 on them. I heard rumors about Apple making them for Japan but not sure if that’s been confirmed.

Nobody is going to be able to tell you what version of iOS is going to be on a phone in a sealed box.. You’ll just have to take your chances..

I purchased two at the same time a few months ago. One is still sealed. The other came with "some" version of iOS 11.
