iPad What iOS will be on swapped iPad 3?

My hailbroken new iPad (3) is having multiple issues at the moment. It can't connect to Verizon - No Service error that Verizon has said can only be fixed by upgrading to iOS 6. Also, every so often the screen goes a little fuzzy and it turns itself off!

In other words I would like to reinstall the software and take it back to swap for another device.

The question is what iOS is likely to be installed on the iPad they give me as a replacement? I can't have iOS 6 as I need quasar as an essential component of using my iPad.

If anyone had an idea please let me know! Thanks

There is no way to tell. It's a gamble. The longer you wait to get a replacement the greater the likelihood you'll get a device with iOS6. The sooner you get the replacement the greater the likelihood you'll get iOS5. I suggest you act fast just to be safe.
