iPad Pro What iPad do I have?

I bought this off of Best Buy.

But when I go on Wikipedia and look up iPad Pro 4th Generation, I get this, which doesn't correspond to my iPad.

What does correspond to my iPad, however, is this article, which confuses me a bit for obvious reasons.

Is Wikipedia just wrong?

I just googled your model number(MP5E3LL) and it comes back to a 11” IPP 4th Gen

Wikipedia is confusing me then. I won't worry too much about what I'm seeing there I guess.

Wikipedia says the iPad Pro 4th generation has an Apple A12Z Bionic SOC. My iPad Pro has an M2 chip, which I know is true because iPadOS asked me if I wanted to use Apple Intelligence. The A12Z Bionic can't handle Apple Intelligence.

The issue may be that the 12.9 ipad Pro numbers and 11 ipad pro number are 2 versions off because the 11 ipad pro started 2 versions AFTER the 12.9.

So an 4th gen 11 ipad pro has the same chip and the 6th gen 12.9 ipad pro.

I think what are seeing when you search on the 4th gen ipad pro is the 12.9 model, which really has the same chip/spec as the 2nd gen 11 ipad pro (A12Z Bionic).

I'm sure I could have explained this in an easier manner, but I hope you get what I am trying to convey. 👍🏼
