So, it's barely been the first month of the year and I have already seen a ton of new iPhone cases. What do you want to see and what are you looking forward too? Here's mine:

Looking Forward too/purchasing:
•Speck ToughShell (Favorite)
•Speck CandyShell Card
•OtterBox Commuter New Colors
•OtterBox Reflex
•SwitchEasy Duo

What I want to see:
•Aluminum metal case that affects the signal in no way and doesn't look ugly.
•Aluminum case with injected silicone for added shock absorption.
•The perfect hybrid case.

Let me first say that i'm not cheap, and I make ample $$ income..

I just don't understand how cases can cost $30-50 for simple pieces of rubber/silicon/plastic.

I understand R&D costs, but for cases.. can they really be that high?

I frequently buy all my cases off of eBay, and 'fake' cases seem to be the same quality (albeit 2-3weeks shipping from hongkong) as their counterparts.

Edit: I guess you could say I would like cheaper iPhone 4 cases.

Agreed completely. The only "expensive" case that I have is the Incase Snap case, which was acquired through the case program last year. Other than that, I usually purchase on eBay or those kiosks at the mall. Why spend so much money on something thats supposed to endure scratches and abuse anyway? It'll look displeasing in about a week or two.

I really wished these cases didn't cost an arm and a leg.
