In terms of what? I remember feeling "cool" being one of the few to have the original iPhone in high school(in college now so that stuff doesn't really matter to me anymore..)! Skipped the 3G, enjoyed the 3GS. Loved the 4 but I'm sure I'm going to love my 4S more :)

nothing like having an iPhone in 2007. The original is still my favorite in terms of design and overall feel with the 4 coming in at a close second. Liked the way the 3G/S felt in the hand but didn't care for the plastic backing.

Also remember having the 2G in college (UK so 17-19). Someone here posted the instructions for unlocking the UK ones so you diddnt have to sign upto a contract. Definitely hope there's an aluminium design again sometime soon.

It was brilliant because it was so ahead of any other phone and nobody had one.

Oddly enough, I think my 4 has been the least favourite.

I voted for 2G. I LOVE my 4 but the 2G is where it all started and I still have mine in box. I love that thing too lol :apple:

Edit: The 4s will be making its way to the top once it releases Friday though.

Because of it's design or some other reason?

Signal issues have annoyed me, Not just the death grip, just general signal strength. Often my phone will say no service in areas where there is a solid 3-4 bar usually.

Felt mine has been a bit slow aswel.

Hopefully my 4S will fix all this.

Oh, do like how you can rest the 4 on its side/edges though.

the 3GS as it was my second iPhone right behind 3G it gave me the best performance and most reliable iPhone yet. Do not get me wrong I like my 4 and soon 4S, but the 3GS White 32GB had a special place in my iPhone collection.

Yeah, 4.3+ hasn't been the most smooth iOS thus far-- As you know, coming from the 1.0 days haha. I'm anxiously waiting the delivery of my white 4S.

The original iPhone will always hold a special place in my heart <3

It was so far ahead of anything else at the time and being in Australia I was one of very, very few that had it.

People initially laughed at me when I paid $850 for it(contract free obviously) but I was right and it turned out to be by far the best phone in the world for at least the next 2-3 years, now it has good competition but still I love my iPhones.

Even though I'm using a HTC Mozart, WP7 phone because i sold my iP4, I can't wait till I get my pre-ordered iPhone 4S :D

Original was best. Looked the best and revolutionised the way I used my phone. I have had the 3G and 4 which are superior but still think the original was the best looking and made the biggest impact (on me anyway)

. Definitely hope there's an aluminium design again sometime soon.

I've just ordered one of those bevel back ones off ebay for that reason! My 4 is out of warranty so thought what the heck...
