All I added were some rubber feet to the bottom + where the phone rests and used some black twist ties to manage the cable along the back.

I just use the dock from the original aluminium iPhone

I just ordered a GoGo stand from gogostand.com
It's simple and I can keep it in my wallet. I never wanted a stand, but now with netflix, I just want something to hold my phone up a bit w/out bulk.

I'm using this one. I grew tired of buying the official docks and not having them fit with cases (the newest dock not working with the bumper was the last straw).

I got two of these for $15 each shipped. I see no way that they won't always work with the newest iPhone in either portrait or landscape.

I'm also using the Luxa2 H1 Stand. Its so sturdy that you can sms on it with out it budging a bit. I am also using a Mophie Juice Pack Air on my IP4 and it fits without a problem. I also use the Luxa2 H4 for my iPad. Highly recommended!
