What does that mean exactly and do I still have warranty or is it only for special cases?

logana macrumors 65816 Feb 4, 2006 1,396 8 Scotland Mar 16, 2009 #2 I am guessing you are in the UK ? Custom contract is AppleSpeak for the 3 year HE extended warranty. If it goes pear-shaped you should be covered (nice bonus !!)
