What is a Custom Contract warranty?

Hi, I just bought a Core Duo Macbook and I checked the serial number online and it says that the Macbook is covered under a Custom Contract. What does that mean exactly and do I still have warranty or is it only for special cases?

Custom contract is AppleSpeak for the 3 year HE extended warranty.

If it goes pear-shaped you should be covered (nice bonus !!)

No its a US Macbook, I hate contacting Apple over the phone, it takes forever for them to pick up the phone.
