I currentely have that 450 min plan from AT&T but I only use half of that. Is there a plan that has less minutes on AT&T or another company? I use more data than minutes. I have like 2,500 roll over min.

move to France.

20 euros per month for unlimited calls (France, US, Canada, including cellphones) + unlimited SMS + unlimited datas (bitrate limited after 3 GB)

;)

You can get unlimited talk, text, and web from straight talk for $45/month. I'm assuming you're paying around $90/month to AT&T for the 450 minute plan with data and texting, so that'd be a pretty big savings if you ask me.

There is a low call usage plan. Its called, get older (65 yrs), and ask for the 65+ plan. It comes with 200 minutes for AT&T/Verizon :D. $29.99 for the calls and another bunch for the data plan

Just had to say this ;)
