What is a good phone call filter app?

looking for an IOS and Android app (if anyone knows of one)

looking for something that you can maybe set "rules" for when people call or leave text messages, I can filter them out to either delete right away or go straight to voicemail

Android has several, such as blacklist, but there aren't any for the iPhone, unless you're jail broken.

Apple always restricts what third party apps can access and connect with. This isn't anything new.

And I've no idea, try the jail break/hacking forum.

iBlacklist works like a champ, but again requires JB. Its one of things I look forward to getting back when 5 finally gets broken.

If you really need this then the best solution is to get a Google Voice number. Then you forward THAT to your iPhone or home phone based on the rules you give it.

The only problem is that it involves giving everyone you know a new phone number. So it's not a great solution. But it's a possibility.
