What is a good program for podcasts on the Mac?

Itunes has become so horrible for podcasts, often downloading a ton of podcasts I've already listened to. It's used to be good!

So, I need a program to use for downloading podcasts on my MBP. Any suggestions?

There is an app called Instacast that has apps for both Mac and iPhone. I've never tried the Mac version, but the iPhone app is great. If you have both versions, I'm sure you can do all kinds of managing and syncing, etc. The Mac app has a 15 day free trial, I'd recommend checking that out.

iTunes works just fine for me. When I'm done listening to a podcast, it's automatically set up to delete it, saving space on my hard drive.
