What is a reasonable amount to sell my 32GB 4S for?

I'm going to sell my 4S soon before the new iPhone is announced. How much should I sell my 32GB 4S for? It's in mint condition, works perfectly and I have the original box.

If it truly is mint condition and unlocked with all original packaging and accessories it could get $600 to $650 on eBay. That is what they actually sold at on a completed listings search.

Probably about 10% less on craigslist which would be about the same as eBay after you figured in listing, closing and Paypal fees.

where are you guys getting these prices?

maybe you can get that much, if it's unlocked. didn't see that mentioned in the OP, but I know 64gb iphones barely go for 500 nowadays, the locked to at&t ones anyway.

32gb go for about 400.

If it's not unlocked, that is.
