A couple of weeks ago I was "drifting" around the net and clicked on a link that caused a box to open up asking if I wanted to use "popup". In a hurry, I clicked yes and the link opened up fine.

Now I see this "popup" question every once in a while and mind it annoying.

Did a search in my Finder/applications and don't see anything called "popup". Find it annoying and would like to trash it if I could find what's causing it. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a screenshot of that "popup" (?)

I did find in Safari Settings, then "Websites", finally "Popup Windows", where you can set individual websites to either block or allow popup windows. What you see is likely related to that setting.

Thanks, I get back into this when I have more time. NOT sure, but I think I've only seen the popup window 2 times. I wondering if it's some kind of tracking program?
