Anyone know what is apple Lightning to 3.5mm Adair for iPhone7 and how it works?

Is it some adapter for the earbuds? When the battery gets low how do you charge the earbuds? And how long does the battery last?

There's no headphone jack on the phone. The adapter lets you use regular headphones by plugging into your phone's sole port (Lightning). No extra batteries involved...

I guess this is if you don't want to buy earbuds and just use regular headphones!! But you will than need Apple adapter called Lightning to 3.5mm Adair.

So it buy the earbuds or buy the adapter called Lightning to 3.5mm Adair.

In the Box
  • iPhone with iOS 10
  • EarPods with Lightning Connector
  • Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter
  • Lightning to USB Cable
  • USB Power Adapter
  • Documentation

Don't need to buy anything.

PS: What is an "Adair"?

How long does the battery last on the EarPods before you have to charge it?

The EarPods are not wireless and they do not run on battery.

You might be thinking of the AirPods, which are wireless and do run on battery. Those run on a 5 hour charge but they come in a battery case that offers 25 hours of charge. Supposedly 15 minutes of being in the case means 3 hours of listening time.

So the AirPods don't come with the phone only the EarPods?

You have to buy the AirPods?
