I have a replacement iMac 27" i7 (refurb) that has one dead pixel and several stuck ones. Will they repair it 100%?

I'd probably rather do this than get another replacement because the other two had the grumbling hard drive. This one finally has the quiet seagate drive (1tb) and does not make the grumbling noise. I suspect it's not possible to ask to put in a specific brand drive as they probably use whatever's in stock and/or at random but a screen issue is a screen issue all the same. But what is their policy on this? Anyone know for sure?

I'm not sure but I think it is either 4 or 7 or any in the middle of the screen. Might depend on the rep you are dealing with but if you are still under the 14-day return time, they should fix it
