What is the best app for screening US stocks

I am not talking of what lists or portfolios I am talking of a screener like this where one can enter multiple criteria and screen or filter stocks

They support custom filters, the process is like this:-
1. They pass you a URL with all kind of fields.
2. Create your own and try it from the website.
3. Once you are happy (and tried it for couple of day), you can send them the final URL.
