What is Default Browser.plugin

Hi, I have AppCleaner installed and when I go to the "Others" tab from the three tabs at the top of the window, it shows something called "Default Browser.plugin" along with other installed plugin such as the Flash Player.plugin.

Is this something came with Mavericks or has some other app installed this plugin on my computer? Do I need it?
 
That is normal and part of the OS. You can see the plugin in the folder below.
