here is the information I get form Apple Store and I'm really confused.

Is Jun 16 - Jun 18 will be the time I get my stuff??

By the way,if I want to order this item on June 12th instead(It is a refurbished Macbook, I want to wait for WWDC over to determinate whether I want it,June 12th is the earliest time I can use computer after WWDC), can I still get the item using the same shipping method by June 28th?

'Delivers' means the day it arrives to you.

The refurb may not be available come June 12th. Refurbs have limited stock. There will be no Mac upgrades at WWDC. If you want it, order it now or risk it being gone.

Yes, just call them. You can also return/change it in 14 days after it arrives (if you live in states, there'll be 15% restocking fee if it's opened).

If update exists, it'll minor update with small speed bumps. You'll happy with that one you're getting
