No one knows yet because Apple hasn't spoken about it yet.

Some rumors include: Better camera, bigger screen, more storage, faster processor.

Keep in mind that these are only rumors and should not be taken to heart.

For there to be a difference, there would have to be an iPhone 5 to compare it to. Usually new iPhone releases have camera and processor upgrades.

Rumor has it (haha) that some Apple execs and some higher ups are toting around pre release iPhone 5s.

All signs, though, point to the same form factor with a new chip and camera. Nothing to get too excited about either way.

Correction. Rumors include an 8 MP camera. Nothing has been said about a better camera.

Some think the delay in announcing the iPhone 5 until August may have something to do with the new Samsung gen 5.5 OLED screen factory ramping into production two months earlier than planned (just came online early last month). Which could mean an OLED screen for iPhone 5 as the supply will be there.

If Apple moved to OLED would they be able to keep the current retina resolutions?

No the PPI would be more like 260, instead of over 300. Have you seen a Galaxy S in person? That's the older SAMOLED and it has an awesome screen. The newer SAMOLED+ is even better and would be what Apple would have if they're going that way.
