What is Error: OLE Error 8000402

I'm using darwine and trying to use a PC application and the software requires me to login but I can't because "Error: OLE Error 8000402 " pops up. Any fix?
 
My guess: Some required OLE component is not registered. Probably best if you try looking at the crossover forums or at least tell us what app this is if you really want help.
