Is it as simple as getting one from some 4S display at some AT&T?

What is it exactly that you need. And how do you get it?

Thanks.

Siri keys need to be captured every 24h from the time of issue using a Siri proxy server.

A proxy server gets keys or "certs" from 4S owners. As an iphone 4 user using Spire, I went through a host proxy, in this case it was @s1ri_proxy, and he emailed me a dns and a cert to install on my phone. Now i point to his server and Siri works on my phone.

I'm not sure how much I would use it but i'd like to try it...$15 is a bit steep. I can probably wait until iphone5 comes out :)

OK, I have it. Thanks. $20 isn't much if it's for a whole year.

A bit steep, do you squeek when you walk?
Do you know how many people signed a 2yr deal for $2400 to get Siri, and u think $15 bucks is "a bit steep"
Now I've heard it all
