iPhone What is killing my free RAM?

iPhone 5 keeps crashing due to a lack of free RAM, usually with just instagram and messages open i will have less than 200mb, and it randomly drops to under 100mb and runs out (causing a respiring)

Winterboard is your problem even if you have no themes installed

I'd say activator. It installs flipswitch along with it and that killed by battery on iOS 6..

It's back to low RAM again, after a reboot it turns on (with all apps closed) around 400mb I have ONLY safari open and am running about 250mb any ideas?

I would uninstall cydia substrate which will remove essentially ALL tweaks. Use iCleaner to delete all the preference files for all the tweaks that got removed. Unfortunately, you'll have to reconfigure these tweaks again. You can use appinfo to email yourself a list of all installed tweaks before doing this.

Then install tweaks one at a time starting with the most important tweaks and monitor the situation. You can find the culprit this way.

Edit: For what it's worth, I was having some battery issues. I did this the other day and did not install barrel this time. My battery is performing much better. I think it was conflicting with something else. Either way, it's a cool tweak but I don't need it so I'm not gonna install it again. Today I looked at my usage time and got just over 7 hours of usage and over 20 hours of standby time before I plugged in the charger. What a difference from my old 4s! Haha my old 4s was terrible. I had to charge it mid-day every day. With the 5s, I can last a day and a half with my normal use.
