Hey All! Its been a while since I've been on here. I have come to the decision to sell my mint condition boxed iMac G3 Snow. Its an amazing piece of apple history, but its WAY to big to be taking up space in my apartment. Plus I have my indigo blue G3 so I'll still have one. I digress. Anyways what would this thing be worth? All documentation is there, all disks, mouse and keyboard. Only thing is the keyboard has yellowed. Otherwise the whole package is in immaculate shape. I just would like to see it go to a collector like me who will take good care of it. If anybody is interested in making a deal I'm located in Wisconsin. No way I would ship this. I will add photos in a bit. Thanks.

The only way to know for certain is to post it as an auction on eBay and determine what the market (in Wisconsin) will offer for it.

Unfortunately, no one here has a background in appraisal services.

If you are going to offer it for sale here, you will either need to link to a post in the marketplace section of MacRumors or risk take down of your thread. If you're offering it for free the mods let that pass.

I don't know the value of a Snow iMac. A collector would probably pay more as the Snow are rarer (I understand), but do not expect to get more than a couple hundred dollars (if that).

A few years ago I bought my G3 iMac for the equivalent of $70. It didn't come with box, documentation and such, but it did have the keyboard and mouse. Condition of it was good but not "mint" it had been used and had been used by a business actually; Thus it also had the name of that business written on the bottom.

Your, understandably so, willingness to ship it will severely limit what you're going to be able to get for it. You could list it on Ebay as a local pickup and see what you get.
