I ordered a case on the Apple Store app for in-store pickup. It is now ready for pickup and it says "Pick-Up By Friday, September 19" for this case. My flight lands the morning of the 19th, so I won't be available on the 18th.
What does "Pick-Up By" mean in Apple Store lingo? I called 1-800 Apple Care and they said it will be pulled by the end of the day on the 18th and would never be available on the 19th, but that seems strange.
Does "pick up by September 19" mean the item be held until end of the day on the 18th, or end of the day on the 19th?
