I am moving back and want to go to school

What proof will they need for in state? could I simply say that I have been living with my parents? or do I need proof of some sort?

Officially, in state requires 1 year in the state. I have the luxury of my parents living in that state

Your DL/income tax/other things will probably screw you if you try to lie. If you've been gone for less then a year or are under 22 it appears you would be okay.
