What is splashboardd?

I keep getting a crash report when I launch Clash of Clans. Splashboardd is what crashes. Anyone know what that is?

Likely Clash of Clans' issue. splashboardd is responsible of presenting the initial launch or "splash" screen of the app when you launch one.
