During the keynote, they mentioned the displays of the XS and XS Max have 120Hz touch sensing, which I initially thought was the ProMotion feature on the current iPad Pro. However, after looking though the Apple website and tech specs, I don’t see it mentioned. I’ve also seen other posters lamenting the fact ProMotion is not included this year, so apparently they are not the same. So is this actually something new, what is it, and is it different from ProMotion? The 120Hz screen was probably what I was looking forward to most.

Below is a screen shot of where this was briefly mentioned in the keynote, so at least I know I didn’t imagine hearing it, lol.

Basically its the screen recognizing the input of your finger touching the screen at 120hz. This makes using it feel more fluid. The X had this as well actually.
