I have a jailbroken 1.1.3 via the Official 1.1.3 Upgrader. What is the difference between what I have now and what I could get with ZiPhone?

Nothing. It's just an easier jailbreak for those who haven't jailbroken.

Edit: Unless you have an iPod that's bigger the 8GB than it just causes an error.
