I will use the phone mostly outdoor and probably raining will happen sometimes, of course in most cases I will avoid using under rain but I don't want to be too careful or too panic whenever it rains, what is the best case recommended for iPhone 11 Pro or just doesn't need any case or protectors? (I don't care about appearance things like scratches or yellowing of white color
but I hope to try my best to keep the machine in its best condition to reduce chances of the device going wrong)

Will I also need something to cover up the ports??

The water resistance rating on these phones is pretty high so I wouldn't worry about the ports. I've always said Apple's cases are worth their cost so in your case (potential regular exposure to water) I'd recommend their silicone case.

I am using the Poetic Affinity right now. It’s lightweight. Sturdy and raised up around the camera and the bezels to protect the lenses as the display. Easy to clean. Easy to remove and put on. Inexpensive yet respectable quality. It gets along with my full screen tempered glass display protector.

I don’t think you really need to worry about rain too much. These iPhones are pretty good at resisting that kind of water exposure.

Since you work outdoors I would recommend a tempered glass screen protector. I use ESR.

Apple leather case hands down.
The OP works outdoors and thinks their phone might face rain exposure. Do you think the Apple leather case will hold up in that use? I work outdoors doing landscaping and gardening. I like the leather cases but was wondering if they’d hold up, if I don’t feel like changing cases one day and just head out with the leather one on. I had one last year but I did not keep my phone or the case long enough to get a sense of how the leather one holds up under different uses.

I have the same problem. Can’t keep my iPhone inside cases for that long. I take my off and on lol.

Get a Mous Contour or Limitless 3.0 (if you think you may use their magnetic accessories) or a Nomad Rugged with the “athletic leather.”

I have both Mous cases and I found the limitless to be too heavy and the contour to be perfect in every way except for the back material options; I’d prefer the armid fibre instead of the leather.

Silicone case from Apple?
Good for accidental drop?

Hi all I am working outdoor but I won't intentionally let my iPhone get wet and I will avoid using the phone when it's raining. I don't mind scratches so much but I may drop my phone accidentally from time to time, maybe 1-2 every year. What is the best phone case? I don't want to get a too bulky rugged phone case

I work outdoors and always go with the lifeproof Fre but it's not out yet for the new phones

How about the official TPU clear case? Does it worth much more than what we get outside for $5

Yeah I meant Apple’s silicone case. I can’t attest to drop protection as I was lucky enough to not drop my XS while using it. It’s definitely got more grip than the leather so along with added security in the hand you don’t have to worry about the phone slipping out of your pocket.
